Design Instructions

  • File formats: High-resolution PDF and open files (.eps, .cdr, .ai, .psd).
  • File size should match the product size (e.g., a 12x16 inches file for a 12x16 inches mailer bag).
  • Files should have a WHITE background with BLACK designs for screen printing on kraft mailers; for offset printing/colored papers, files should be shared in the required colors and keylines
  • Leave a 0.25-inch margin from all borders and a 2-inch margin from the bottom border for expandable bags.
  • Please provide CMYK color codes.
  • Expect a 5-10% color variation for special colors. Mailer/Rigid Boxes:
  • File formats: High-resolution PDF and open files (.eps, .cdr, .ai, .psd).
  • Avoid borders on branding items as manual paper cutting may lead to slight misalignment.
