Plain & Printed Products: All orders will be dispatched within 10–14 working days.
Quality Check (QC): Quality checks may take up to 7 business days.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed only if more than 5% of the boxes are found to be damaged. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, including the QC and refund initiation process.
